At Parklands we're taking a different approach in 2010!

 

We’re going the extra mile to educate our members that the body they want or the mental wellbeing they crave can be achieved by having fun.

 

We’re trying to show everyone that more than 20-30mins on a treadmill is not necessary to change your body shape, that lifting weights will not give women big muscles, that the gym does not need to be boring and that you certainly can achieve anything you set your mind to.

 

In 2009 we increased the number of members utilising our “Personal Touch” mentoring scheme by 355%. We achieved this by simply educating each of them in the fundamentals of fitness and the training they needed to do to get the results they wanted.

 

We don’t believe in gimmicks, fads or shortcuts! Only in the tried and tested methods that we know work!

 

So if you’re tired of looking in the mirror and seeing a stranger or want to be able to see your former self, then we can help. We won’t make you any guarantees, as you need to do the work, but we will promise to encourage, educate and help drive you towards the goals you set yourself.
